Ronnie Radke is the most hated person in the Heavy Music Scene, but what has he done to earn all this hate? The singer has faced a number of allegations and controversies throughout his career with the media, frequently attempting to cancel him from his multiple arrests to his multi-million dollar lawsuits.
Let's take a deep dive into all of the controversies surrounding Ronnie Radke, due to the graphic nature of this video, as well as YouTube's, strict monetization policies.
Some words have been censored, while many of his critics believe that Ronnie Radke went to prison for murder.
The truth is actually far more complicated.
According to a North Las Vegas police report, Radke then 22 years old challenged another man, Marcel Colquitt to a fight on May 6 2006.
Each of them brought additional men to support them in the fight which soon would prove to be a fatal mistake during the brawl, Chase Raider who had accompanied Radke, shot and killed 18 year old, Michael Allen cook, as well as seriously injured, colquitt's brother.

Okay, Radke would be the only person to be sentenced for his involvement in the brawl pleading guilty to battery with substantial bodily harm and to owning and bringing brass knuckles to the brawl which are illegal in Nevada.
He was placed on probation for five years and was ordered to pay nearly a hundred thousand dollars in restitution to the mother of the deceased victim.
However, after violating his probation, he was sentenced to serve two and a half years in prison to make a tragic situation.
Even more heartbreaking.
Marcel Colquitt, later ended himself due to the guilt he felt as a result of feeling responsible for his friend Michael Cook's murder.
While serving a sentence at High, Desert State, Prison Radke was kicked out of the band Escape the Fate and formed a new band called from Behind These Walls.

He later changed the name to Falling in Reverse due to copyright infringement, he was released from prison on December 12 2010, but was arrested once again, two years later, due to an an outstanding warrant for the alleged assault of his girlfriend Sally Watts.
According to an article from alternative press, the warrant was issued on May 1st 2012.
after Watts reported to the Glendale Police that ratke had attacked her in their home.
He was taken into custody on August, 6 2012 and later released on a thirty thousand dollar bail bond.
According to a Los Angeles County Superior Court criminal complaint, he faced a misdemeanor count of corporal injury to his girlfriend and misdemeanor false imprisonment.
The former couple later took to Twitter and gave conflicting statements about the outcome of the case with Watts saying that Radke pled no contest to DV.
However, a representative for Radke later told alternative press.
There is some misinformation out there.
The case has been resolved.
The DV charge was dismissed, Ronnie pled no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disturbing the peace.
Radke would be arrested for a third time the following month at his September 2012 performance at the festival, metal festival at Six, Flags Great Adventure at the end of the show Radke through three microphone stands into the audience insuring a 16 year old girl who was sent to the hospital and a 24 year old man who was treated on site.
He was charged with simple and aggravated assault and released on 25 thousand dollars bail in a 2022 Tick Tock video Radke would further state that he had to pay the hospitalized victim a significant amount of money and damages okay, I injured somebody stupid right yeah, she got a cut.

She's she's not mad guys as a result of his actions, Six Flags, Great, Adventure banned all future metal concerts.
A spokesperson for the park stated that Radke showed complete disregard for his fan safety and that his actions were wholly unacceptable.

She said Radke later publicly apologized for his actions during an interview with alternative press.

I apologize to my fans for that too, as well, while 2012 proved to be an extremely controversial year in Radke's career.
His most consequential legal battle was Yet to Come As on June 10 2015 Radke was publicly accused of sa by 25 year old, Casey, Boswell, well, Boswell alleged that Radke and several others assaulted her on the band's tour bus after a performance at Murray Theater on June 3rd 2015.
She also asserted that she sustained injuries to her jaw and genitalia during the attack and later filed a police report.
What made the attack even more emotionally painful, she added was that she had known Radke for nine years and previously had consensual relations with him in defense.
Radke filed a civil suit against Boswell for defamation, claiming that her statements made online and to the Daily News were malicious, fraudulent and oppressive.
The complaint stated Ronald Radke has been fully exonerated as fully can occur in less than one week, the police swabbed the tour bus and the car and found no evidence of the r word.
The police have taken no action against Radke, the police did not arrest Radke.
The prosecutor has not charged Radke.
Radke was not required to post bail.
No restrictions have been placed on Radke's movements in a future.

Radaki's reputation was severely injured as a result of these allegations, but the negative sentiment towards him has also impacted those he loves.
The most Ronnie Radke is currently in a relationship with professional wrestler Surya Beavis, formerly known as Paige in the WWE on September 21st, 2022 soraya's debut in the promotion.
All elite wrestling would be marked by controversy when she used Radke's song zombified as her entrance music Radke trended on Twitter after suraya's debut with many wrestling fans voicing their disapproval of the pair's relationship.

Only a few months later, the utter contempt, heavy music fans feel towards radaki would also create the biggest controversy ever experienced in the career of up-and-coming metalcore band.
Spirit Box on March 7th 2023 Falling in Reverse, announced that Spirit Box would be performing as the opening band during their upcoming tour.
The announcement was met with extreme backlash from Spirit box fans, who were dismayed that the band would be supporting Radke, giving his history of alleged violent incidents as well as comments he had recently made criticizing.
They them pronouns, which many considered to be transphobic.
Fans were particularly upset that Spirit Box vocalist, Courtney Laplante, who had previously taken from stances against abuse, would be willing to tour alongside Radke, though some speculated that Spirit Box's management agreed to the tour on their behalf.
La Plante made it clear that touring with Falling in Reverse was their decision alone.
Things took a turn when spiritbox quietly deleted.
All of their social media posts is about the tour and remove the dates from their website on March 13 2023, the band announced via their Twitter account that they had decided to drop their scheduled tour dates in response.
Radke expressed sympathy for Spirit, Box, saying Courtney and the rest of them are so sweet.
I feel sorry for them, as some of their fans are awful.
